There is so much happening in our Burnley Estate Agency, so we thought we would take a look back at the wins we've had in the last 6 months.Lets start with our Big Win at The British Property Awards - E&M Property Solutions won the Gold Award for the Best Letting Agent in Burnley. Out of all Burnley Estate Agencies E&M Property Solutions have proven to the judging panel, through extensive testing, that we are the best at what we do. From customer services, client care, testimonials, responsiveness, professionalism, trustworthiness, reliability and communication - we are at the top of our game. The E&M team are thriving and its clear to see!Next up, more awards!Agent Rainmaker is the Premier Property Estate and Lettings Agent training group in the UK. Each Year they hold an Awards Event to celebrate the best of the best in the business. Tina was presented with a fantastic award for Business Growth and Emma was presented with Best Uk Lettings Manager! Thats two Awards for our Estate Agency in Burlney, to say we are a small company we pack a punch and are capable of huge things!Lets talk abit more about the business growth we were awarded for. We take our position in the community very seriously, we want to be seen in a positive light, by our clients, associates, neighbours and network. So we work hard every day to improve, to learn and to grow; this brings me to the rennovation happening on the Manchester Road. Tina and her Business Partner Ryan purchased the derelict building at the end of 2023. The aim, to transform this run down, unused building into a fully functional, luxury multipurpose unit. Planning has been given to turn this building into 4 luxury commercial units on the ground floor, and 4 luxury family apartments above. The new premises is much larger, than our current office on Coalclough Lane, and offers more chances of expansion and growth and more room for client interactions and services. We cant wait to get in this new office space, not long now!It's a great testimonty to our commitment in this industry that we are now on our 3rd office move due to continued expansion and growth.Last but certainly not least, we have been nominated for a Burnley Business Award.Burnley’s prestigious sponsorship-funded business awards are organised by Burnley Council to reward and celebrate the entrepreneurship and achievements of local organisations. E&M Property Solutions have been shortlisted for Burnleys Small Business Award for businesses employing 0-10 people. We are up against 9 other amazing Burnley based businesses but we have to wait until the awards ceremony in July to know if we are triumphant. Whatever the outcome we're excited to have been nominated and are proud of the presentation we gave, so we already see this as a great achievement.There you have it, our major highlights over the last 6 months, what an exciting action packed time it has been!
