Morgan’s Journey to E&M Property Solutions

Morgan comes to us with a rich background in retail work, which has equipped her with valuable skills in customer service and communication. She initially joined our team on a part-time basis, and after just a few months, an opportunity for a full-time position opened up. Ready for a new challenge and eager to embrace a change in her career path, Morgan seized the chance with enthusiasm.

Currently enrolled in a Level 2 Property Management course,  E&M are investing in her professional development, an endeavour we wholeheartedly support. At E&M Property Solutions, we believe that continuous education and training are essential for our staff to excel in their roles. That's why we’re committed to investing not only in our team members but also in their growth and development, paving the way for them to become the best in their field.

Morgan’s Role as a Lettings Administrator

In her role as lettings administrator, Morgan plays an integral part in our operations. Her responsibilities include assisting our sales and lettings managers, answering phone calls, arranging viewings and appointments, and managing the many essential administrative tasks that keep our office running smoothly. Morgan truly holds the team together, all while maintaining a positive attitude and a warm smile. Her fresh perspective and eagerness to learn are already proving invaluable as we strive to elevate our client services.
