E&M Property Solutions has gone on an incredible journey. Our estate agency has been marked by remarkable growth already and we are continuously striving to do more and be more within our community and further afield.

From humble beginnings in 2017 Tina Etherington, Managing Director and owner of E&M, started up business with zero staff and no address to work from. The first office was acquired, but the business was quickly too large for this space. So a new office was purchased and transformed into the current E&M Office on Coal Clough Lane, we have now outgrown this office space too and are so excited to be moving to our new office on Manchester Road very soon! E&M Property Solutions has grown as a business; going from Tina alone to now having a dedicated team of six full-time employees, as well as providing work to numerous self employed contractors, from handy men, plumbers, electricians, builders and cleaners to name a few.

Originating with no properties under our wing, today, we proudly manage over 550 tenancies a combination of both HMO and full properties, a testament to the whole teams dedication to excellence and client satisfaction.

Our future goals are ambitious for an estate agency, but they are grounded in the same ethos that has driven our success so far.

In the near term, we hope to expand our reach by acquiring another local Lettings business. More to come on that front shortly. This strategic move is not just about growth; it's about ensuring that we can offer the high standard of quality management to a broader client base, safeguarding their investment and ensuring the best possible service. This single move will increase our stock levels by 20%.

Looking to the next five years, our aim is to at least double the size of our operations. This isn't just a numerical target; it's about the impact we want to have. Doubling our size means creating more local jobs, contributing positively to the economy, and providing more quality homes for people in our town. It's about reinforcing our commitment to the community that has supported our growth, ensuring that - as we expand, we want to lift those around us too.
