New Lease of Life for Forresters

Burnley’s infamous pub, The Forrester’s Arms on Todmorden Road, central Burnley is set to be issued a new lease of life with the conversion into student accommodation expected to begin in the coming weeks.

E&M Property Solutions are working with an international investor, where they are looking to convert the former pub into student accommodation ready for UCLAN’s increase in students over the coming years.

Tina Etherington, the founder and Managing Director of E&M Property Solutions said that…“We feel this is going to be something very positive for the town. At the moment we are one of two registered estate agents in the town working with UCLAN to provide student accommodation”.
