Meet the Team: Introducing Isabella\u2026

At E&M we always want to keep you up to date with new team members as it’s our staff that have got us to where we are and who continue to propel our growth journey as we continue to expand across the North West.

More importantly, it’s our team who you will be speaking with day to day and it’s our people who will sell or let your property.

Here we want to introduce you to our latest recruit, Isabella Berardi.

Isabella joins us as trainee lettings negotiator and she’s extremely keen to succeed and carve out a successful career in the property industry. We’re excited to help her on every step of her journey.

Isabella started here at E&M in April and is well on her way to getting her lettings qualifications so she’s really hit the ground running and we’re really pleased to have her on board.

Isabella has previously worked at another estate agency but she didn’t receive adequate support or training. With her so keen to develop a successful career and not just settle for another job, she wanted to join a business that would help her progress whilst she gains experience of life in a dynamic agency. As a close-knit unit and with our vast experience across every aspect of the property industry, we’re looking forward to helping Isabella fulfil her ambitions.

Outside of work Isabella enjoys health & fitness, swimming and netball.

At the head of E&M Property Solutions is Tina Etherington, our founder and managing director.

Tina oversees the day to day running of the estate agency and any building/refurbishment projects we’re involved in for clients. If you’re an investor you will likely speak with Tina first and she will welcome you to E&M.

With her experience Tina has helped hundreds of investors achieve their goals in property, set countless people on the right path to achieve financial freedom, and renovated and brought back to life over 20 disused properties in the past 12 months.

Now she’s looking for more investors to help who want to achieve significant success in property.

Tina has been in the property industry for more than 15 years as an investor and has over 10 years’ experience in project management. She is qualified in painting & decorating and tiling so she is hands on when it comes to refurbishment projects.

She is ARLA Propertymark qualified level 3, Safe Agent qualified level 3, and has a diploma in business administration.

Whether you’re a new investor or an experienced investor looking to build a portfolio in the North West, we can help. From sourcing, to renovating, to letting and management, we can provide it all. And we’re particularly proficient in HMO’s which continue to surge in popularity amongst local investors.
