Introducing Bev McCormick - E&M’s new Lettings Manager

Welcome to our ever growing team!

As you are probably very well aware, E&M Property Solutions is continually expanding and growing, as such we would like to introduce you to the newest member of the team.

Bev McCormick, we are so excited to have her in our corner.

Bev joins us from a 30 year career as a conveyancer, so she has a wealth of knowledge in property law. From her previous role as a conveyancer, Bev is used to dealing with a host of paperwork, handling responsibility, and is up to date on all legal aspects of buying and selling property. We know that this is a great foundation in the property sector, and that experience will help aid her future career with us.

An exciting new chapter

Bev comes to us raring for a new challenge,

It’s so important to E&M that the whole team is happy and working well together, having everything they need to feel comfortable and capable in their roles. As such Bev has already commenced training towards her ARLA Level 3, which is an Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Bev is a true professional; with excellent communication and people skills, with a drive to succeed and a passion to help others. We know, we are all going to benefit from her expertise - both the staff and our clients.

Outside of work Bev loves horse riding, and being with friends and family, which is how she spends her free time.

So if you see Bev in her E&M uniform out and about in the community, or see her in the office, be sure to say hello and give her a warm welcome. We cant tell you how happy we are, to see our team go from strength to strength, as E&M Property Solutions continues to grow.
