E&M’s Biggest Renovation Project. First Commercial Unit Complete - Welcoming S.K.N. Aesthetics & Co to Burnley!

Have you walked by our new building on Manchester Road in Burnley yet? It’s all happening on that corner plot! Renovations have been under way for a few months now and some fantastic transformations have been made.

But we have some rather exciting news!

The first of the four commercial units is complete and open for business. After a full refurbishment, by E&M’s construction team, and the new tenant adding their final personal touches, this commercial space looks absolutely fantastic. We want to see this new Business Bloom, so please do show your support to the very talented Kimberley Hobbs, Owner and Manager of S.K.N Aesthetics and Co.

This transformation has taken a whole lot of work, time, energy and expense, but we think you’ll agree it’s been so worth it.

The entire building was unfit for purpose, riddled with problems, it's been a huge undertaking and work is still on going elsewhere but we are so happy to have this space complete.

This unit has been gutted, with new floor and roof joists due to Dry Rot and Damp, it has been fully reconfigured with a new layout to suit our tenants needs, new electrics, heating system, new kitchen and toilet facilities, fully re plastered and decorated to a beautiful standard.

Kimberley has done a fantastic job of adding her own style and finishing touches to her new Clinic, it’s such a calm and inviting place, we know she is going to have the communities support in her new venture alongside her team!

E&M Property Solutions now manage this commercial property, and we are so thrilled to welcome a brand new business to Burnley and to see someone’s business dreams become a reality.
