In our previous blog post we showed you what we did behind the scenes in 2020 and told you what’s to come from E&M and the team as we enter 2021. Now we want to go further and let you know all about our amazing team as individuals so you can put a face to the name when you talk to us about your property.

In the above photo we have Sales Manager, Leanne; Accounts Manager, Gemma; and Lettings Administrator, Kayleigh.

Now let’s find out more about each of the team in turn.


Tina is our managing director who oversees the day to day running of the agency and any building/refurbishment projects we’re involved in. If you’re an investor you will likely speak with Tina first and she will welcome you to E&M. A key concern of Tina’s is making sure we always meet our quality of service standards and that we’re constantly improving.

Tina has been in the property industry for more than 15 years as an investor and has over 10 years’ experience in project management. She is qualified in painting & decorating and tiling so she is hands on when it comes to refurbishment projects.

She is ARLA Propertymark qualified level 3, Safe Agent qualified level 3, and has a diploma in business administration.

With her experience Tina has helped hundreds of investors achieve their goals in property, set countless people on the right path to achieve financial freedom, and renovated and brought back to life over 20 disused properties in the past 12 months.

Outside of work Tina values family time and enjoys country pursuits such as walking and clay pigeon shooting.

As sales and lettings manager Leanne oversees all sales and progressions. She liaises with solicitors to make sure all parties are dealing with every transaction efficiently and she looks after compliance.

Leanne has been in property for 6 years and in that time she has achieved level 3 in property management and estate agency. She is also currently studying for her diploma in business administration.

Outside of work Leanne loves spending time with her daughter.

Gemma handles all our accounts and payments. She reconciles everything as required and takes care of all the associated accounting tasks.

Gemma has been involved in the property industry for 3 years and has over 5 years’ experience in accounts and customer service.

She holds levels 1, 2 and 3 in accounts, bookkeeping and business administration.

Gemma has two children, enjoys walks with the family and is a competitive pub quizzer.

As lettings administrator Kayleigh is involved with many aspects of the business including signing up new tenants, taking rent payments, advertising properties, and property management.

Kayleigh has a passion for property and has a desire to own her own portfolio as her career develops. She has level 1 in property management, is Safe Agent qualified, and holds levels 1, 2 and 3 in business administration.

Kayleigh’s interests outside of work include socialising and spending time with friends, family and her dog, Ralph.
