E&M Estate Agency Renovating Burnley One Property at a Time

A lot of our work is therefore turning run down, empty, uninhabitable properties into amazing homes. Whether that’s finding local or further afield investors, we source properties that need work to bring them up to code and then complete that work for the investors. Once complete it means newly renovated, up to code properties, that now look presentable and smart to onlookers bringing our community appeal up. These properties are given a new lease of life, a second chance. Not only does it help solve our housing crisis, by giving the new tenants somewhere to call home, but also helps to make our town of Burnley more aesthetically pleasing.

This is a house on Tarleton st  – it was empty for over 2 years , bought by an investor and after a full renovation carried out by our team it now houses doctors and nurses working in burnley hospital.

This property on Herbert st , was left empty for over 5 years, again bought by an investor, a full renovation was done by our team and  it now houses 3 students attending UCLan.

This home on Stockbridge road in Padiham was left derelict for over 10 years, after a full renovation by our team it now houses a family of 4.

The large property on Manchester rd is a stunning building but was left empty for around 5 years. It has been taken on by E&M’s owner and Managing Director Tina Etherington, along with her business partner Ryan Morgan. This is a huge project, tackling wood rot, dry rot, damp rot, structural damages, to put it simply it needs gutting and taking back to a shell and rebuilding. This project is currently in progress but the potential is outstanding. Once renovations are complete it will house 4 new commercial premises on the ground floor and 4 new luxury apartments on the upper floors.
