After years of working in trade as a self employed Painter and Decorator, Tina took the leap and E&M was created. With a modest portfolio of houses, Tina had some personal experience with renovation and management. After being approached by other local landlords and investors, it was clear that there was a gap in the market that she could fill. The training began, the office was opened and here we are today! Tina now serves as the driving force of E&M, continually supporting the team to give of their best in their roles, striving to exceed the highest of standards in every aspect of the industry, and be a positive impact in the community. Her role now is overseeing the day to day happening of E&M, whether that’s Sales, Single Lets, HMO’s, Short term lets, Corporate lets, Refurbishment projects, Conversion projects, Planning guidance, Furnishing and Interior Design or Cleaning services. However her main focus, passion and speciality is Property sourcing and Investor Orientation days. In her rare downtime Tina enjoys dining out and trying different local restaurants with her family and friends. The Yorkshire Dales will always have a special place in her heart and going on holiday to where the sun is shining is a must!
