Her role covers a wide range of tasks, from managing customer services, conducting property viewings, checking in tenants and checking them out at the end of their tenancy. The variety of tasks keeps things interesting and energizing for her.Her natural desire to help people is one of her standout qualities, which helps her build great rapport with tenants and landlords alike, along with her capacity to put a smile on our faces, even on the busiest days. She thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and excels at keeping everything organized and running smoothly.Although Emma is relatively new to the property industry, she is continually learning and improving. She is currently studying towards her ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) level 3 qualification and embracing all the knowledge and expertise that comes with the training.Outside of work, Emma enjoys reading books or taking in shows at the theatre. She values her downtime and loves to unwind, recharging her batteries so that she can bring the best version of herself to her work with E&M Property Solutions.
