Bev@eandmps.com 01282711560Bev joined our amazing team in May 2024 as a Lettings Manager. Bev brings with her a wealth of property knowledge from her previous role as a property conveyancer, which she held for 30 years, so has a deep understanding of property law. She looks forward to a new challenge and some variation in the property sector, utilising what she did in her previous role and incorporating it into E&M practises. As Lettings Manager Bev will be working towards her ARLA level 3, which is an award in residential Lettings and property management. Bev has great communication, and people skills, is efficient and practical in her dealings and has settled in to the role well. Outside her time in the office Bev has a passion for horse riding, and spends her time with her family and friends. We’re so excited to have Bev join our team, and know she will be a massive help in our expansion and success.
